PAUL CHUAH SEONG PHAIK
CHAIRMAN

Mr. Chuah Seong Phaik was trained by a prominent Chartered Accounting firm in London, United Kingdom. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1974. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with The Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

He returned to Malaysia in 1976 and became a partner of a local accounting firm. His entrepreneurial nature, together with his knowledge and major experience, prompted him to set up his own practice, Paul Chuah & Co. in 1986, now known as PCCO PLT.

He is also a licensed tax agent approved by Ministry of Finance. He has held the position as a Finance Director, an independent non-executive director and chairman of Audit Committees of several companies listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad from 1987 to 2004.

He was also an alternate director of a public company listed on the London Stock Exchange from 1989 to 1993. Currently, he is an independent non-executive director of a public company listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX). In his spare time, Mr. Chuah likes playing golf, taking brisk walks and travelling.

With a distinguished career spanning 53 years, Mr. Chuah possesses extensive experience in audit, finance, management consultancy and liquidation. Mr. Chuah is also a member of the following Professional Accountancy Bodies :

CHUAH SUE YIN
MANAGING PARTNER

Ms. Chuah Sue Yin graduated from Warwick University, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Management Science.

After graduation, she joined and trained with the business assurance division of Coopers & Lybrand Birmingham, United Kingdom. She qualified as a Chartered Accountant of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1997.

She is a Chartered Accountant registered with The Malaysian Institute of Accountants. She then joined the risk assurance division of PricewaterhouseCoopers London. She returned to Malaysia in 1999 to join PCCO PLT as a senior manager and was admitted as a partner in 2004.

She was appointed to her current position as Managing Partner in 2007. Ms. Chuah is a Registered Auditor approved by Ministry of Finance, Registered Auditor of Public Interest Entities under Securities Commission Act 1993, Registered Auditor of Co-operative Societies under Section 61(1) of the Co-operative Societies Act 1993, a Registered ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant and a tax agent under the Income Tax Act, 1967.

She has over 28 years of experience in the areas of financial accounting and reporting, internal and external audits, due diligence services as well as providing tax compliance and tax consultancy services for direct and indirect tax and also human resource related services.

Ms. Chuah has several years of experiences as an Independent non-executive director in Companies listed under the Main Market and Ace Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad as well as in a Financial Institution registered under Bank Negara Malaysia. This includes Audit Committee Chairperson, Risk Management and Compliance Committee Chairperson and members of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee and Remuneration Committee.

ANNE WONG SOOK CHUN
SENIOR PARTNER

Graduating from Stamford College with a professional degree from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants United Kingdom, Ms. Anne Wong Sook Chun began her career in K.K. San, Liew & Loke in 1976. She was seconded to Hill Vellacott, an accounting practice in the United Kingdom, for further training. Upon her return to Malaysia, she rose through the ranks to become a Partner of the firm in 1986. Recognising the need to expand to be competitive, she bought over the practice and merged K.K. San, Liew & Loke with Paul Chuah & Co in 2001, now known as PCCO PLT.

With over 47 years of working experience, she has a sound background in auditing, taxation, management consultancy, company secretarial practice and business advisory services. She is a Chartered Accountant registered with The Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a registered auditor of Public Interest Entities under Section 310 of the Securities Commission Act 1993. Ms Wong is also a licensed tax agent approved by Ministry of Finance and a certified financial planner. Outside of work, she enjoys Chinese opera, travelling and seeking out delicious food.

TAN LI LEE
AUDIT PARTNER

Ms. Tan Li Lee graduated with a professional degree from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1997 and commenced her career with PCCO PLT in May 1997. She rose through the ranks to become senior manager in 2007. Ms. Tan was admitted as a partner in 2013. She is a Chartered Accountant registered with The Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

She has over 20 years of working experience in the field of auditing, management consultancy and insolvency, and is a registered auditor of Public Interest Entities under Section 310 of the Securities Commission Act 1993.

She loves travelling and hiking in her free time. Ms. Tan is a member of the following Professional Accountancy Bodies :

NICK CHIN WAI KIT
TAX PARTNER

Mr. Nick Chin Wai Kit graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College with an Advanced Diploma in Commerce (Financial Accounting) and a professional degree from The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He is a Chartered Accountant registered with The Malaysian Institute of Accountants (C.A. (M)), Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA), Chartered Tax Practitioner (CTP) and Affiliate Member of Chartered Tax Institute of Malaysia (ACTIM) and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA).

He commenced his career with PCCO Tax Services Sdn Bhd in September 2003 and became a tax director of the Company in July 2010. Mr. Nick Chin is a licensed tax agent and a licensed GST agent approved by the Ministry of Finance.

Backed by a vast experience encompassing tax compliance, investment incentives, tax advisory, tax audit and investigation work across a wide range of industries, Mr. Nick Chin was admitted as a Tax Partner of PCCO Group in January 2012. Mr. Nick Chin likes outdoor activities, reading and travelling around the world.

Mr Nick Chin is currently an independent non-executive director of Ekovest Bhd and Iskandar Waterfront City Bhd.
